Biography

The Criminal Law Advisory Commission was appointed under Chapter 950, Public Laws, 1927, to make a complete study and survey of the administration of criminal law for the purpose of making it more effective and efficient in this State.

The act creating this commission gave it wide powers of investigation into the administration of criminal laws not only in this State, but also in the United States and other countries.
