Additional quartermaster stores issued for medical supplies, camp equipment & clothing, recruiting services, rent, etc., givin recipient & station, articles & quantity of goods requested & and authorizing signatures. Includes:
First, Second, Third & Seventh Squadron of Cavalry
First Light Artillery: Batteries A, B, C, E, F & H / Tenth Light Battery
Second, Fourth, Seventh, Eight, Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth & Thirteenth Infantry
Third, Fifth & Fourteenth Heavy Artillery Regiments
Lovell General Hospital, Portsmouth Grove & attached Hospital Guards
State Militia & Independent Companies
Military Departments - Adjutant General, US Provost Marshall & State Allotment Commissioner, etc.
