The Shipwrecks and Submerged Cultural Resources of Rhode Island
Scope and Contents
This edition includes the original Fielder database as well as ship name and class, date of loss, and location. New entries from RIMAP’s shipwreck research have replaced Fielder’s transcriptions of news articles, bibliography and glossary, and that allows matching some of the ships to previously unidentified RIMAP archaeological sites. Includes an alphabetical inventory, a chronological inventory and a geographic inventory.
119 pages including four appendices.
